because people were scared into not using the MMR vaccine by a doctor with a questionable trial profit as its agenda, 1000 children were not vaccinated .... guess what now there are massive epidemics of mumps, measles and rubella in schools and families all or any part thereof may cause infewrtility children and adults unprotected.
Just because someone has a low sperm count doent mean they can not conceive. a better diet rich in vitamins and reducing stress is usually the trick! as does a holiday abroad. stop trying so hard and it will happen!
