Cat Breathing Problems

Cat Breathing ProblemsHimalayan cat breathing problems?

I recently adopted a cat Himalayan and I noticed it makes a strange noise when he breathes. It kind of sounds like a snort noise or something. Is this something to be worried or is it just because it has a flat face?

Take your cat to the vet. I adopted a kitten who did that (but without the noise), and he had to open his mouth to breathe. It turns out that this is a major respiratory problem that you should try to get medication for your cat as soon as possible.

Himalayans have respiratory problems because of their thrust in the face. I think it's just a fur ball, because they have a lot of them. or it could be this long name thing when they make duck sounds. it's okay if they emit sounds of duck, it usually takes 30 seconds. If this is not the case take your cat to the vet:)
