Buspar Withdrawal

Buspar WithdrawalHow long does it take to get over withdrawal Buspar?

This drug is not supposed to be an addiction, etc., but since I stopped taking it after only one month, I am really missing. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it might last, because I do not find much info about it. Buspar is a serotonin agonist ... not a benzo. Its been about 10 days now and life is still very difficult after stopping this med.

What are the symptoms of withdrawal do you have? I think that your chemistry should return to normal very soon.

Dana (MS Counseling Mental Health)

It would be useful to know what symptoms you are experiencing.

It is not addictive and I have not heard of withdrawal symptoms. It is often used for people with anxiety may have trouble with the addictive nature of benzos.

Have you stopped how your MD suggested? Could you be symptoms that you had before you took Buspar?

Come see your bill:

you should immediately call your psychiatrist and tell him what you live. Were you depressed before? The only symptom that seems to be related to the withdrawal would be tingling. I would say a month out.

I hope you feel better soon.
