Benefits Of Gastric Bypass Surgery

I work in plastic surgery and have had many patients who had this done.
It is a great way for obese patients too see the light of day and get motivated and start to get healthy again. Many of them have tried a million things and just can not do.

The most common problem is that in about
3-5 years, they have won a lot of weight back. Mainly because they do not address all their problems with food and go back to bad habits.

Advantage: usually an effective way to control weight in the morbidly obese. Risk: the same as any abdominal surgery. I have no personal experience in this regard.
