I was considering surgery LAP-BAND.

I had a gastric bypass in April 2005. I started at 268, 180 and now I'm holding. These links help you in many ways to make a decision if this is for you or not. I vote yes, because it makes such a difference in my life. I took 8 tablets per day, and after my surgery, I lost my diabetes. The way to do the surgery, takes your diabetes away. I no longer take Glucophage, and I have high cholesterol or hypertension. I'm two tablets per day. I have gone from size 26-28 to 16-18.

Vitamins I take ... must be very faithful about taking them after surgery, because you can get very sick if you do not. It was recommended by my doctor and nutritionist.
