Balmex

I Balmex hard on my daughter last night and this morning he did not flush. I tried to laundry detergent, vinegar, baking soda and scrub with an old toothbrush.
I'm afraid if I put it in washing it hinders the absorption capacity of all layers of the load! It is the polar side that was Balmexed, if that makes a difference.
Ideas?

You need to remove the doubler. Take an old toothbrush and soap to wash dishes and the Doubler with dishsoap, then wash (alone) in very hot water, repeat if necessary until the balmex left. Most companies of cloth diapers (if not all) say they do not use creams or other products with their layers layers because it affects the absorbency.

Boil the Doubler in a large pan with a little dish soap.
