Anxiety And Pregnancy All About Women Zoloft for panic attacks and anxiety during pregnancy? I went to my doctor for my Paxil changed to a category B or C drugs for anxiety during pregnancy, and he prescribed Zoloft for me. Has anyone tried it? I really do not want to worry .... Has anyone out there taking Zoloft or Paxil during pregnancy?? Sarah dear yep I did at the beginning of this pregnancy because I had a miscarriage three months before I got pregnant with it and afraid of death to lose it. Im also known to depress a drop of a hat. My Zoloft is the first thing I pop in my month in which the baby is born. Yes both my wife in two of our children, and it has helped you know the only side effect of decreased libido. Good Luck I'm on Zoloft now. My doctor says it is the safest and most recommended during pregnancy. I'm on it for depression, but it works very well for me. The only bad, I know, is Prozac. This can cause birth defects, so-called. I switched from Paxil to Zoloft during my second pregnancy. I've never been so sick in my life as I was when I was "separate" Paxil. I gained respect for recovering addicts who came from drugs. It was horrible. Dizziness and vomiting constantly. I do not want to be a man, but not rising, it was bad. It was best for my baby if I did. I hope you have a better response than me. Good luck. Posted on February 28, 2010.
