Acl Strengthening ExercisesExercises to strengthen my ACL / knee?

I tore my ACL in a soccer game and the college was rebuilt through the patellar tendon. I've been here six months, and surgery, and visit the doctor to get the green light to know if I can play or not. I was wondering if anyone knew any exercises to strengthen quality that will strengthen my knee as a whole?

You should have gone to PT and they will tell you what to do. It depends on your body and what you ripped, I just tore my ACL again for the second time in a year and will travel Friday to the surgery. I know that you really need a good balance on your weaker leg, and even if you feel strong, it is really easy, that was my mistake. And wear your braces! and do not forget your orthotics will not protect you I tore my ACL with it, but it will make your chance to tear it down further. Be careful!
